The Working Meeting was attended by 97 lecturers from the Pamulang University Bachelor of Law Study Program. This meeting was an important moment for the entire academic community to align their perceptions, develop teaching strategies, and ensure readiness in facing the challenges of learning in the coming semester. One of the main focuses of this working meeting was the discussion of the lecturers' Start Date of Duties (TMT), as an official reference in the implementation of teaching obligations and other academic activities. A clear and structured TMT is very important to support the smooth running of academic administration, reporting, and lecturer career development.

Everyone listened attentively and actively asked questions about the Tridharma of Higher Education. The first event began with a prayer, followed by a speech by the Dean of Pamulang University, Dr. Oksidelfa Yanto, S.H., M.H. He advised all lecturers to focus on achieving the three pillars of higher education and improving human resources, both in terms of academic positions and doctoral education in law.

Next, remarks were delivered by the Head of the Bachelor of Law Study Program at Pamulang University, Dr. Taufik Kurrohman, S.H.I., M.H. The implementation of the even semester for the 2021-2022 academic year is just around the corner, so important matters related to the learning process must be well prepared in order to run smoothly. Next was the presentation of material by lecturers from the Level 1 Quality Unit of the Bachelor of Law Study Program from various fields such as Education, Student Affairs, Research, PKM, Output, Human Resources, and Cooperation, which were the main topics in the presentation of material at this working meeting. This Faculty of Law Faculty Meeting is a strategic step to ensure that all academic preparations run smoothly, in accordance with applicable standards and policies, and support the achievement of the Faculty of Law's vision and mission in producing competent and professional graduates in the field of law.

May the holding of the Even Semester Work Meeting for the 2021-2022 Academic Year of the Bachelor of Law Study Program at Pamulang University improve the Bachelor of Law Study Program at Pamulang University in terms of human resources and the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education. (*)
